让pptpd记录用户使用情况

在服务器上面用ppp 和pptpd架设了一个VPN，
并且开了挺多账号的，想要记录用户的使用情况就要用到pptp的一些设置文件了。

 

主要是想记录一下ip-up和ip-down的编写方法
